Momentous Sports Medicine is a physical therapy practice with headquarters in Washington, DC. The practice serves all persons and treats a variety of injuries and pathologies, including but not limited to ACL/MCL/labral tears, low back / shoulder / knee / hip / ankle pain, sprains, and strains, in addition to providing prehabilitation and post-surgical rehabilitation and sports performance. Current locations include Bethesda, MD and Washington, DC. Momentous Sports Medicine also holds a contract with the Norkfolk State University Athletics Department and provides sports medicine services (fall 2023-present).

The Momentous Sports Medicine global headquarters in Washington DC is located in historic Blagden Alley. The location received an AIA Northern Virginia Award of Excellence for Design in 2023. It also was featured in a commercial paid for by the American Physical Therapy Association in October 2023.
